Hey Julie, way to go, getting this set up!  About the Christmas party, I won't be in Utah until New year's Eve.  But, if you guys still wanted to do it around Christmas, I'd understand!  I hope the rest of you girls use this so it isn't just another thing for Julie and me to update! :)
